Scope

The City of Thousand Oaks is soliciting competitive bids for the Westlake Boulevard Median Improvements Project (CI 5652) to retrofit approximately 151,000 square feet of center medians between Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Allyson Street, including the median island at Valley Springs Drive. The Scope of Work consists of the removal and replacement of existing median curb and gutter, median hardscaping, catch basin grade modifications, and pavement markings. Additional work includes the full replacement of the existing irrigation system, new sustainable plantings, and a comprehensive plant establishment period.
