Scope

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to solicit a single-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with the authorized vendors identified by the Federal Acquisition Institute (FAI): https://www.fai.gov/certification/fac-c/contracting-fac/fac-c-digital-services https://techfarhub.usds.gov/get-started/ditap/ This service will support the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Academy (VAAA) in obtaining training for the Federal Acquisition Certification Core-Plus Digital Services (FAC-C-DS), Digital IT Acquisition Program (DITAP).
