Scope

The Naval Air Systems Command, PMA-265 (Program Office for F/A-18 and EA-18G Aircraft), intends to solicit and negotiate a modification to existing Delivery Order N0001920F0870 under sole-source Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-16-G-0001 with The Boeing Company. This action will procure supplies and services associated with requirements refinements under Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) 6516 for the F/A-18E/F, EA-18G, AF/A-18F, and AEA-18G Advanced Cockpit System (ACS) Upgrade. The modification will include engineering, design, drawing, and Technical Directive (TD) updates across the applicable aircraft configurations.
