Scope

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures 41 U.S.C. 1901. The proposed source is Draeger Inc., 3135 Quarry Road, Telford, PA 18969. This acquisition is for the supply of seven (7) Draeger Perseus A500 with Infinity Acute Care System (IACS) Anesthesia Workstations. The supply of system shall include labor, travel for repairs and preventative maintenance, as well as required parts to ensure optimized uptime of Draeger equipment for Winn Army Community Hospital Fort Stewart, GA. It is the contractor�s responsibility to be familiar with the applicable FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions.
