N--NIFC BAS MAINTENANCE & UPGRADES

Scope

Notice of Sole Source Intent The Department of Interior (DOI), at the National Interagency Fire Center (NIFC) intends to award a purchase order to upgrade controller and engine firmware, replace out of date network control engines, upgrade server software, and perform device and user interface programming to increase the connectivity of HVAC equipment on campus. Also provide one additional year of quarter visits to optimize system operation. The work shall be seamlessly compatible with the existing campus-wide Johnson Controls (JCI) Metasys Building Automation System (BAS). The site is at the NIFC campus at 3833 S Development Ave Boise, ID 83705. DOI has found that Johnson Controls, Inc. to be the only reasonably available source with full authority to successfully complete the required services.
