Scope

This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice for the Long Term Equipment Storage and Maintenance-Complex (LTESMC) project at Powidz Air Base, Poland (Solicitation: W912GB26RA026). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Europe District anticipates soliciting a stand-alone, Two-Phase Design-Build (DB), Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract (Magnitude: $100,000,000 to $250,000,000) restricted to firms from NATO member nations under NCB+ procedures.
