This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be taken as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue asolicitation or award contract. The following draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) is for Di-Electric Testing Services. Conduct semi-annual ground analysis testing on Electrical Protective Equipment (40 pairs of Gloves) and annual ground analysis testing on Vehicles (four bucket trucks with liners, 60-foot capacity; one bucket truck with liner, 40-foot capacity; ten hot sticks; and one line truck) located on Fort Shafter (FS) and Schofield Barracks (SB) on the island of Oahu, Hawaii.
