Cancellation of Current Descoping Actions / Restoration of Current Requirement Following the conclusion of mediation between the U.S. Government and the Turkish labor union (T�rk Harb-??) regarding the new 2-year Collective Labor Agreement (CLA), the Government made a strategic decision to continue all BOS functions as a consolidated requirement.
