Scope

1. Description & Purpose The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Europe District (NAU) is issuing this Special Notice seeking information for acquisition planning purposes as part of its ongoing market research and industry intelligence gathering. 10 U.S.C. �2808a permits transactions other than contracts, grants, or cooperative agreements for facility construction and repair�including planning, design, engineering, prototyping, piloting, and execution. NAU is currently evaluating candidate projects as potential test cases for piloting innovative delivery processes and Alternate Design and Delivery Methodologies (ADDM).
