Scope

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Philadelphia intends to procure course books in support of the National Defense University-Fort McNair. This requirement will be evaluated based on the lowest price, technically acceptable. This will be processes as a small business set aside with the non-manufacturer rule being waived. . A firm fixed price type contract will be issued and conducted in accordance with FAR 13. The applicable NAIC is 323117. The solicitation N00189-17-Q-0371 will be posted onto the NECO website approximately Tuesday 13 December 2016.
