Scope

DLA Disposition Services intends to award a sole source contract according to FAR Part 6 and FAR Part 12 to CNC Solutions LLC (CAGE: JTR6). The acquisition is pursued according to procedures in FAR 6.103-1(b), 12.102(b) and 12.201-1. The services for this contract will provide critical preventative maintenance and correct maintenance to the Commodore Crunch system to demilitarize Department of War excess property. Due to the high customization, expertise, and experience of maintaining this equipment, DLA Disposition Services is conducting a sole source action to award this contract to CNC Solutions to perform the maintenance services.
