Scope

1.0 OVERVIEW The United States Space Force (USSF) Space Operational Contracting Headquarters offers this Master Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO). This overarching solicitation framework is designed to streamline how Space Base Deltas partner with the commercial construction industry to rapidly design, build, repair, and alter base infrastructure. This Master CSO is an overarching solicitation process. Individual project requirements will be published separately on SAM.gov as project-specific Areas of Interest (AOIs).
