Scope

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to Thomas Jefferson University to Obtain Clinical Cohort of Patients with Associated Clinical Outcomes, Radiologic Images, and Associated De-Identified Radiology Reports. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, The requested clinical cohorts, radiographic imaging datasets, clinical outcomes data, and de-identified radiology reports are required to support artificial intelligence-based research focused on evaluating liver cancer risk in patients with cirrhosis and indeterminate liver lesions.
