Solicitation No. AOCACB26R0058, Mechanical/ HVAC IDIQ; Architect of the Capitol Project Overview The Architect of the Capitol (AOC), Washington, DC, hereby notifies all interested offerors of its intent to issue a solicitation for a Single-Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for construction projects. Projects will include repair, alterations, and renovation services, with major work in Mechanical/HVAC, in support of the Capitol Complex facilities management. This SATOC IDIQ will have an estimated ceiling of $250,000,000 and one (1) base year with nine (9), one year optional ordering periods.
