Scope

This public notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and utilizing FAR Part 15 procedures. The solicitation is being released as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract competition. This contract shall include two performance areas to encompass all aspects of procuring new Digital Talking Book Machines and maintaining the new and existing stock at the Library. Performance Area 1 (PA1): DTBM DA2 Production, Parts, and Support This PA includes DA2 units, warranties, spare parts, software development, and other requirements described in Section C.
