MFRC A/V Upgrade

Scope

The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIOA) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is issuing a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for a turnkey commercial Audio/Visual and Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) system upgrade for the Military & Family Readiness Center (Building B6001). This requirement includes the de-installation of legacy AV equipment and the procurement, installation, custom room-combining control programming, testing, training, and 3-year extended warranty support for a modernized AV system across three (3) divisible classrooms. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. To be eligible for award, vendors must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov under NAICS Code 334310 (Audio and Video Equipment Manufacturing).
