Scope

AMENDMENT This presolicitation is being amended to update the set-aside requirement from a Total Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Competition. The closing date is extended to October 6, 2026. All other information remains unchanged. This solicitation will contain one NSN for a Impeller Assembly [WSDC: 06F] End Item: Aircraft, Hercules C-130. The NSN and quantity are as follows: NSN 6620-004637489 with a quantity of 70 SO. The requirement will contain a Government First Article Test (FAT) of -01 unit at 180 Days ARO. The total production delivery schedule is 418 days ARO, FOB: Origin; Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
