Scope

1. Purpose The NIH, on behalf of the ORS Division of Occupational Health and Safety, is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of performing Occupational Medical Services and to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy, including whether the requirement can be set aside for small business concerns under a socioeconomic program. This notice specifically seeks to determine the availability and capability of: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) HUBZone Small Businesses Women-Owned Small Businesses (WOSB) / Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) Other small business concerns The Government will use responses to this notice to make decisions regarding set-aside determinations consistent with applicable regulations and Department policy.
