Amendment 01 - FY 26 SOS HVAC Duct Cleaning RFQ

Scope

The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza, Bldg. 804, Maxwell AFB, AL has a requirement for HVAC Duct Cleaning Services in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW). This is a streamlined combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 12.202(b)(l) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside via open market. AMENDMENTS 1) Quote due date extended to 21 September 2026 3:00PM CST. 1.1 No other changes are made.
