Scope

This solicitation will be designated as a 100% Small Business set aside. A single award acquisition will be made. The awardee must be Small Business certified at time of award. This procurement is conducted under Far subpart 36.102, which requires A-E contracts to be negotiated on the basis of demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required professional services. A Standard Form (SF) 330 will be required. This project includes Design Phase architecture and engineering (A&E) services for Project AFBCIF# 270022 (Project #ZQEL 25-0004), Repair Club Kitchen and Dining Room at Youngstown ARS. Scope of work includes technical engineering specifications, structural drawings, and floor layouts through 35%, 65%, and 100% design completion marks.
