Scope

Overview: Portfolio Acquisition Executive Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management (PAE C3BM/C3M), Mission Planning Division is initiating market research to identify potential vendors who can provide technical engineering support services to the 519 Software Engineering Squadron (SWES). The required support includes developing Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) Common Component (CC) software updates that interface with the Technology Advanced Group (TAG)-owned Joint Modernized Handheld (JMHH) device. The JMHH device would be on loan via bailment agreement to USAF. Interested parties would have to enter into Associate Contractor Agreements (ACA) with applicable third- party integrators as needed and other stakeholders, as applicable.
