Scope

Service Project entitled: Headquarters Building Maintenance. The work is located at the Walla Walla District Headquarters Building, Walla Walla, Washington for the US Army Corps of Engineers. This will be a firm-fixed-price Service contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561210 Facilities Support Services and the associated small business size standard is $38.5M. Solicitation is open to 100% total small business concerns. The Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla District, proposes to procure a service contract with one Base year with four option years.
