Prime Mover

Scope

This presolicitation notice is for the purchase of two (2) Prime Mover utility vehicles for use by 726 AMS at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany in support of flightline operations. Due to critical and expedited delivery timelines immediately following contract award, the Government intends to solicit this requirement solely from local vendors capable of meeting the immediate performance schedule. The Prime Movers must be capable of towing a 4,000-pound Latrine Servicing Cart using a pintle-hook connection, while sustaining a minimum speed of 5 MPH during towing operations, and must seat two personnel.
