Solicitation for Hazardous Materials Survey Services

Scope

The Hawaii Air National Guard has a requirement for a contractor to conduct a Hazardous Materials Survey that shall include testing for Lead Based Paint, Asbestos, Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), mercury, mold, and heavy metals. Contractor shall be experienced with industrial health sampling methods and execute discrete/multi incremental/other testing IAW with appropriate sampling procedures. Analytical test shall be done by a DoD ELAP or NELAP certified laboratory. All work shall comply with applicable building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer recommendations.
