Scope

AMENDMENT NOTICE: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the solicitation response due date and to incorporate critical addenda to the instructions and evaluation criteria as detailed below: 1. Solicitation Response Extension The closing date and time for receipt of proposals/quotes is hereby extended from 17 September 2026 to 24 September 2026 to allow the offeror sufficient time to incorporate these updated requirements. 2. Revisions to RFO 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors Addendum) An addendum is incorporated under RFO 52.212-1, adding paragraph (d) to read as follows: "d. The Government reserves the right to request data considered other than certified cost or pricing data from the Contractor to determine the proposed price to be fair and reasonable." 3.
