Scope

The purpose of this RFP is to select one (1) qualified firm to provide general contractor services for the Ocean Center Commercial Kitchen Renovation Project. This project aims to elevate the kitchen's capabilities to meet the growing demands of Ocean Center events while improving the quality and presentation of food offerings for Ocean Center clients.
