J--Emergency Generator Installation for Gate 13 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD

Scope

The Department of the Interior (DOI), Acquisition Services Directorate intends to issue an oral solicitation for the procurement of an Emergency Generator Installation for Gate 13 at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract using the procedures in Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12. Quotes will be evaluated without discussions unless determined necessary by the Contracting Officer. It is expected that quotes will be due by September 18, 2026 and Award will be made by September 21, 2026. In accordance with RFO 5.101(d), this notice will be posted for 15 days. Please note, this is not a Request For competitive Quotes (RFQ) and no RFQ will be issued for this requirement.
