Scope

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for CMPRO software. The compliant material is available solely from Professional System Associates, Inc., as the required support can only be purchased through PSA. The NAICS code is 513210 and the business size is $47 million. The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a sole-source basis to Professional System Associates (PSA). The proposed action is for CMPRO software, for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii). The basis for restricting competition is for the following reasons: PMA is the only source of the required items, with no compatible material on the market.
