Clear Creek RD Elevator Mtce

Scope

This requirement consists of annual safety testing and routine monthly maintenance for the office elevator located in the Clear Creek Ranger District Building at 101 Hwy 103 Idaho Springs, Colorado. The Contractor is to provide all labor, telephone monitoring, materials, and equipment necessary to perform monthly visual/preventative maintenance. An annual inspection, certification and testing is required for the elevator. The Service Contract Act Labor Wage Rates for Clear Creek County, Colorado apply.
