NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. This announcement constitutes the only notice that will be published. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a sole?source, firm?fixed?price contract to Control Laser Corporation, 5107 Forsyth Commerce Road, Orlando, FL 32807, for the procurement of a FALIT TRIO Laser System and integrated workstation. This acquisition will be conducted under the authority of FAR 6.302?1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Government requires a FALIT TRIO Laser System capable of high?accuracy laser marking, engraving, and micromachining operations.
