Scope

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the Crawford Dam Removal project for Zion National Park in southwest Utah. The Work includes but is not limited to partial removal and disposal of an existing concrete dam and headgate structure comprised of concrete, rock, rebar, regrading of the North Fork Virgin River for a distance of approximately 300 feet, construction of a new intake structure including a fish screen, removal and disposal of approximately 275� of existing CMP pipe and concrete manhole, installation of approximately 285� of 18�� ADS N-12 pipe (approximately 40� to be placed within 24�� CMP pipe), removal of a concrete turnout box, reseating of an existing 12� flume, approximately 150 feet of boulder embankment rip rap and (Option 1) installation of…
