Scope

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL OR INVITATION FOR BID. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District is seeking contractors for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) construction contract for the Duluth Vessel Yard Phase III Repairs project located at the USACE Duluth Vessel Yard Historic District in Duluth, Minnesota. The Contractor will provide all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and administration as necessary to perform heavy marine and civil construction infrastructure repairs. The proposed project includes, but is not limited to, pier encapsulation utilizing coated steel sheet pile (SSP) and reinforced concrete, installation of heavy mooring bollards with specialized anchors, marine fendering systems, and comprehensive pier electrical distribution upgrades including a new transformer.
