Scope

Update 1SEP26: In alignment with the implementation of Executive Order 14402 within the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO), the Government is conducting the necessary administrative and compliance reviews. Consequently, the acquisition schedule is undergoing re-evaluation. The Government estimates releasing the Draft Fair Opportunity Proposal Requests (FOPRs) within GSA eBuy in Sept 2026, subject to the completion of these reviews. DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT A.
