Update to Notice Amendment 0002 The purpose of this notice update is to publicize amendment no. 2. The purpose of this amendment 02 to the solicitation W912LR26QA046-0001 is to post the Government's responses to industry questions and requests for clarifications that were pending. All questions received on or before 16 September 2026 were considered and answered. Attachment 0002, 26QA046 Government Responses to Questions.pdf, is superseded and replaced with 26QA046 Government Responses to Questions Update 1.pdf dated 17 September 2026, and incorporated by reference. This update includes Questions No. 28 to 33. This amendment clarifies the applicability of Trade Agreement Act and Buy American Act, and removes all clauses and provisions associated with Trade Agreement Act and incorporates applicable Buy American Act clauses and provisions.
