--Subscription to Nucleonics, Inside NRC, and Nuclear Fuel

Scope

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Intelligence and Counter-Intelligence, intends to award a sole source contract to Platts for a subscription to access the following publications: Nuclear Fuel; Nucleonics and Inside NRC. The DOE is proposing to award a contract that consists of one (1) base year. The DOE is using exemption to competition FAR 6.302-1, One Responsible Source. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available for this requirement. If a firm believes the DOE should not pursue this sole source contract to Platts, then they should submit a capability statement and pricing information for the requirement by April 19, 2013 at 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) via email to [email protected].
