THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS. THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION The Bureau of Land Management is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to identify dairy farms and ranches with the capability and interest to provide temporary housing and care for cattle displaced by recent wildland fires. This RFI is for planning purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or commitment for procurement. BACKGROUND Recent wildland fires have significantly impacted ranchers, creating an urgent need for alternative, short and long term cattle housing. The Government is seeking information on facilities that can provide safe, compliant, and reliable support for affected livestock for an estimated period of up to two years.
