LD3 Tree Removal

Scope

Amendment 3 is to add a new question and answer to the Question and Answer section. Amendment 2 is to add new questions and answers to the Question and Answer section. Amendment 1 is to update the date of the site visit to 17 September 2026, update Section F to align with paragraph 1.4 Period of Performance of the Scope of Work and to include a Question and Answer section. The contractor shall supply all labor, material, equipment, tools, safety compliance and supervision necessary to cut, fell, and manage woody vegetation and trees. The Contractor shall cut and fell trees within the designated 50-foot vegetation free zone. The project area spans approximately 2,800 linear feet along the entrance roadway and security fence at Lock and Dam 3 in Welch, Minnesota.
