This is a SOLE-SOURCE Special Notice / Pre-Solicitaton Notice, announcing DOT's intention to award a SOLE-SOURCE Purchase Order to Versar Security Systems, LLC, for Versar's performance of a project entitled "Versar Security Systems (VSS) ESS Upgrade, Maintenance & Monitoring (IDS Upgrade & Annual PM/CM Support)", to be performed by Versar at the U. S. Department of Transportation's (DOT's) Continuity of Operations Center located in Piney Point, Maryland.
