Scope

1.0 Description of Intent Army Contracting Command � Rock Island Arsenal (ACC-RIA), intends to establish a sole-source, open-market Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) under the authority of 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 (Only One Reasonable Source�), with Carl Zeiss Industrial Quality Solutions, LLC (Maple Grove, MN).
