Scope

The purpose of this amendment is to Correct the information in Column C, extend the solicitation closure date, and change Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 17 to Health Service Area (HSA) 4.3 in the Statement of Work. See attached Amendment, Updated Schedule, and Statement of Work.
