Scope

Description of Requirement The Department of the Navy, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), PAE Maritime, intends to award a sole-source contract to Pioneering Evolution LLC, Arlington, VA, for the implementation, deployment, and support of SyncPoint � a commercial web-based program and financial management platform built on the proprietary SyncCore modular architecture. SyncPoint modernizes and unifies program planning, budgeting, execution oversight, and financial traceability for Program Management Offices (PMOs), Budget and Financial Managers (BFMs), Assistant Program Managers (APMs), and other stakeholders across the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle.
