Scope

Amendment 0001 is to correct the Liquidated Damages amount ($1,500.00) and to provide the correct Bidders Key (WFTAEB-RREB2U) for Projnet. Solicitation for the repair, reconstruction, and modernization of the Damsite Park wastewater lagoons at Fall River Lake. The objective is to restore structural integrity, prevent environmental seepage, and ensure full compliance with USACE and State of Kansas environmental regulations at Fall River Lake and Dam in Fall River, Kansas.
