Scope

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the project titled Upgrade Water Tanks at the Federal Correctional Institution in Texarkana, Texas. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project in accordance with the Statement of Work and Drawings. This will be a firm fixed price construction contract. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall restore and modernize FCI Texarkana�s water storage and distribution system.
