Scope

The U.S. Embassy in Bern, Switzerland invites qualified vendors to participate in a solicitation for temporary residential furniture rental and welcome kit services for government?leased residences in Bern and the surrounding areas. The selected contractor will provide a full range of services, including the delivery, installation, maintenance, and removal of residential furniture, as well as the provision of welcome kit packages for incoming U.S. Government personnel. All furnishings must be new or in excellent condition, and all mattresses must be new. The contractor must be able to respond quickly to requests, manage multiple simultaneous orders, and comply with all applicable local safety, labor, and insurance regulations.
