Scope

The 35th Contracting Squadron at Misawa Air Base is seeking qualified vendors capable of providing the design, equipment, and installation of outdoor playgrounds. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure the install of the outdoor playground is perfromed in accordance with attachment 1 - Statement of Objectives (SOO) Award will be made on a subjective Trade Off basis to the offereor that provides the best value to the USG, in accordance with the Revolutionary Far Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 and 15 in which competing offerors' Technical Capability will be evaluated on basis approximately equal to price.
