This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation is not available at this time, and proposals submitted in response to this notice will not be accepted. The U.S. Embassy Singapore intends to issue a solicitation for a professional inspection and assessment of the roof truss system at a U.S. Government-owned residence in Singapore. The solicitation will include the complete scope of work, submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and applicable terms and conditions. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed-price contract. The Government may award the contract based on initial proposals without conducting discussions. A site visit and preproposal conference are anticipated. The date, time, location, registration procedures, and access requirements will be provided in the solicitation.
