99--Amendment 0001 to the solicitation

Scope

The purpose of the amendment is to: 1) Answer questions submitted by offerors during the solicitation. 2) Quantify items required. 3) Extend the period of performance. 4) Extend the solicitation from 12am EST 04 NOV 2015 to 5pm EST 05 NOV 2015.
