FEMA Region 6 FRC Ground Level Roof & HVAC Replacement

Scope

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Region 6, is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 70FBR626R00000016 for the FEMA Region 6 Federal Regional Center (FRC) Ground Level HVAC and Roof Replacement project located at 800 N. Loop 288, Denton, Texas 76209. This requirement is for a firm-fixed-price construction/repair and alteration project. The scope includes removal and replacement of approximately 3,000 square feet of roof membrane and insulation, installation of new roofing materials and drains, removal and replacement of rooftop HVAC units, HVAC ductwork and electrical connections, integration with the existing Metasys system, testing and balancing, disposal of old materials, cleanup, and required closeout documentation.
