18 Sep 2026- Updated Wage Determination Attachment to the most current version. 15 September 2026 - Amendment 0002: The purpose of this amendment is to: 1) Add answers to the additional questions received to Q&A attachment 2) Extend the RFP due date. The due date for responses will now be 23 Sept as 1400 MDT. 3) Change Period of Performance start date to adjust PoP. 4) Change PoP for all dates to adjust for new start date. 5) Add FAR 52.232-18 Limitation of Government Funding In accordance with DAF Contracting Compass Part 32, section Release of Solicitations in Advance of Funding Availability - Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.
