Scope

The City of Charlottesville is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for the administration of their Medical Insurance third-party administrator (TPA) program for active employees and pre-65 retirees only. The City is issuing a separate solicitation for Pharmacy Benefit Manager services. The City is issuing a separate solicitation for Dental ASO services.
